About Yoga Within

Within Yoga is a welcoming and safe space for all levels and abilities to have the wonderful experience of yoga. Each class is incorporated with all aspects of yoga including pranayama (breath), asana (postures), mantra, and meditation as we intuitively guide the practice using a variety of techniques including vinyasa, yin & hatha. 

Our hope is for you to step onto the mat and find your strength, flexibility, emotional opening and total relaxation.
