12pm Thursday – Vinyasa flow

Vinyasa Yoga is the synchronising of breath with movement, to attain balance in the mind and body. The breath is our most powerful natural tool we have as humans, every inhale fills our body with our biggest source of energy, every deliberate exhale calms our mind and nervous system so we can let go of stress and find our calm. Each class will have a dynamic practice, with standing, balancing and seated postures. We end each class with a beautiful guided meditation.
